Jennie Carnute, 84, of 229 Main St., Farmington, was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and unsafe passing, 4:24 p.m.

May 17

Corrado Artale, 51, of 540 Cypress Rd., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of marker, 5:22 a.m.

Willie Eason, 33, of 233 Bellevue St., Hartford, was charged with failure to register a a sex offender, 6:35 a.m.

Paul Germano, 44, of 10 Long St., Newington, was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:30 a.m.

Randy Seidman, 45, of 3000 Berlin Tpk., Newington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault, 8:07 p.m.
