William Bahr, 34, of 18 Chimney Sweep Rd., Wallingford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:50 p.m.

Tamira Jones, 27, of 256 Lexington Ave., New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer and criminal attempt to assault a police officer, 9:19 p.m.
