Tuesday, Nov. 28

Carlos Santos, 53, of 147 Ashland Ave., Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:09 a.m.

Thursday, Nov. 30

Trinh Tran, 46, of 27 Woodmere Rd., Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a minor (two counts) and disorderly conduct, 1:08 a.m.
