Sunday, Sept. 10

Zachary Goodrich, 22, of 127 Delmont St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary (five counts) and sixth-degree larceny (five counts), 6:45 a.m.

Sylvia Stevens, 28, of 19 Mitchell Ct., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, 2:17 a.m.

Monday, Sept. 11

Michael Orozco, 21, of 207 Hillside Ave., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, 11:03 a.m.
