Tuesday, Sept. 5

Michael Smoliga, 40, of 510 Church St., New Britain, was charged with possession of narcotics, 11:17 a.m.

Thursday, Sept. 7

Kelsah King, 45, of 100 Gold St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:00 p.m.

Jason Buckland, 31, of 19 Cross St., Portland, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:58 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 8

Matthew Springman, 45, of 13 McKenna Dr., Middletown, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 6:00 a.m.
