NEWINGTON, CT — A Newington resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Newington last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 15, David Iskra, of Newington, purchased a KENO ticket from Elm Hill Sprit Shope in Newington and won $10,000.
