11 Year Old New London Boy Sells Lemonade to Support Police

A young boy thought to put funds raised from selling the summertime favorite to good use.

NEW LONDON, CT- Offering both pink and regular, a young boy recently opened up a lemonade stand to raise money for the New London Police Department, as reported by News 8.

Izaiah Moore, 11, set up that stand to raise money for officers while promoting unity, as one of his signs indicated, News 8 reported. His sign also implored that all lives matter, so we must love each other and support one another.

The stand offered beads to officers who stopped by, colored blue and white to match their uniforms, according to News 8. Moore has had behavioral issues on occasion that prompted police response, who his mother said have all been amazing.
