NEW BRITAIN, CT — Police said two students engaged in sexual activity in a crowded New Britain High School classroom Thursday, according to media reports. The alleged bizarre incident was recorded by another student and subsequently posted on social media, where it quickly spread among students, police said.
According to News 8, police said the incident involved a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl who are in a relationship, however, it is currently unclear if they were aware they were being recorded. Police also said they worked quickly to get the video off social media.
A parent told News 8 her son said there was a teacher in the classroom at the time of the incident, however, police said they did not know at this point if that was the case as they were "getting two different stories."
