NEW LONDON, CT — Two firefighters were injured and seven people were displaced in a fire that broke out early Monday morning, according to fire officials.
Firefighters responded to a report of a fire at an Eastern Avenue multifamily building at 3:59 a.m.
A large fire had broken out on the first and second floors of a three-floor apartment building. All seven people safely evacuated the building, according to fire officials.
