2017 Annual Food Stroll in New London May 10
The annual spring food stroll has great food, great music and lots of surprises!
New London Main Street continues its popular tradition of celebrating New London's Historic Waterfront District at its Annual Spring Food Stroll on Wednesday, May 10 from 5:30 to 8:30pm. Participants experience a vibrant downtown New London filled with people, music, good cheer and welcoming businesses.
Food Stroll buttons are now on sale and will serve as a “ticket to taste” bite size samples of dishes and drinks ranging from seafood to sweets, organic to ethnic, and everything in between.
"The Food Stroll is a popular, signature event in New London,” New London, says Kristin Havrilla Clarke, Executive Director of New London Main Street. “It exposes the residents of the region to all of the delicious dining choices here, and we invite everyone to come downtown for a true taste of the city.”

Among the venues expected to participate are:
Fat Boys; The Social; Sweetie’s Bakery & Cafe; 2 Wives Brick Oven Pizza; Sun Rise Café; Brigaid at Liberty Bank; SF Catering at Marquee Gallery; Revival Brewing Company at Fiddleheads; The Eyeglass Lass; Nathan Hale Schoolhouse; Whaler Café at Public Library of New London; You Take the Cake at Studio 33; Right Path Organic Café; The Hive Skate Shop; Thames River Greenery; Swad Tandoori; Bangkok City; Gus’s Pizza; Garde Arts Center; Charter Oak Brewing Company and Holmberg’s Orchards.

The food will be judged by Tim Grills, Executive Chef at Mitchell College; Rick Koster of The Day; and Chef Tomm Johnson of Whaler Café at New London High School.
There will also be plenty of entertainment on the streets of New London, including
Feldman & Fox Duo, Fleet, Honeycreepers, Curly; Becca Gripp and live radio broadcasts by Q-105 and KHits 100.9.

Spring Food Stroll Buttons Advanced Sale Prices:
Adult $30.00 USD
Group (6 or more adults) $30.00 USD
Student $25.00 USD (does not include a drink ticket)
Military $25.00 USD
Ticket prices go up by $5 on the day of the Stroll and will be available in the main lobby of the Garde Arts Center.
