2 Full time maintenance workers for 5 New London Housing Authority properties
Good morning. I am a resident at 202 Colman, the George Washington Carver Apartments. Our building is under the management of the New London Housing Authority. At present time there is no plan to empty these two trash barrels because of budget cuts These budget cuts have hit us so severely that now there are only 2 full time maintenance workers for the five (5) NLHA properties. One of these barrels was unemptied for 3 weeks until this writer messaged Mayor Passero of the situation. My question is: why must we wait for the rats to come before something is done?
