3 New London Properties Sold In $17 Million Deal
Three residential properties have been sold to a local owner in a recent real estate transaction.
NEW LONDON, CT — Three apartment complex properties recently sold for $17.28 million in New London, according to a statement from Northeast Private Client group.
The seller was a New Jersey-based investor and the buyer was a local owner who operates in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Courtview Square, one of the properties sold, is a 96-unit complex at 309 Crystal Ave. The complex is comprised of four buildings consisting of 96 one-bedroom one-bath apartments.

Harbortree Apartments, a 28-unit community at 151 to 171 Oneco Ave., was also sold. Harbortree includes five detached buildings consisting of eight studio, 16 one-bedroom one-bath, and four two-bedroom one-bath apartments, according to the statement.
The last property in the deal was Bristol Apartments, a 12-unit building of all one-bedroom apartments at 14 Bristol St.
