5 Vehicles Struck By Gunfire In New London: Police
Police are investigating after finding 20 shell casings in a parking lot over the weekend.
NEW LONDON, CT — Five parked, unoccupied vehicles were struck by gunfire in an incident over the weekend, according to police.
Police responded to Golden Street and Eugene O'Neill Drive on a report of gunshots Saturday at 1:44 a.m.
Police arrived and found evidence of gunfire in the municipal parking lot, including more than 20 shell casings. Five parked, unoccupied vehicles were struck by gunfire.

No injuries were reported.
Police said this does not appear to be a random act. The investigation is ongoing.
