Chris Armoutsoglou, owner of Bank Street Cobbler at 193 Bank Street has seen The District go from thriving to struggling all from his Bank Street business that he has operated for the past 36 years, but the owner has recently seen many positive changes happening in The District that he is very pleased about. “I have noticed many new businesses opening in buildings that for years have been abandoned. It is good to see the city making an effort to come back and be a place people want to go.”
