Annual Walk To End Homelessness Coming Up In New London

NEW LONDON, CT -- Southeastern Connecticut's Annual Walk to End Homelessness is scheduled for April 26 starting at noon at the Parade Plaza in Downtown New London.

"In 2026, homelessness in Connecticut increased for the fourth year in a row," according to a flyer for the event. "Come to the Walk to support your neighbors in need."

The event is presented by the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut.

"This year’s Walk is especially meaningful as we mark 20 years of the Homeless Hospitality Center and honor the thousands of guests, volunteers, staff, and donors who have each played a role in keeping our doors open to those who need us most," a press release from the organization reads.
