Armed Robbery At Local Business Investigated: New London PD

NEW LONDON, CT — Police said they are investigating an armed robbery of a local business.

At 6 p.m. on Nov. 4, police responded to Mi Gente Express business, 189 Bank St., where police said a knife-point robbery occurred.

The suspect is described as a white man, thin build with blue eyes, dirty blond hair, wearing a black face mask, grey sweatshirt, red/black flannel pants and flip-flops, police said.

Money was stolen during the armed robbery, police said, and the employee working was not injured.
