New London, CT- The Artist Academy at Hygienic Art Galleries is thrilled to have award-winning Attorney Theodore Phillips lead the upcoming workshop “Navigating the Legality of Art” on Thursday, March 24th from 7-9pm. Many of the artists in this program would like to make the transition to being able to practice their craft as an additional or primary source of income and want to understand the legal steps needed in order to make that transition.

Attorney Phillips brings a plethora of expertise specifically tailored to meet the needs of creative entrepreneurs. His boutique practice has been providing business advice to large corporations and individuals for decades. Among his accomplishments, he served as co-chair of the Connecticut Bar Association YLS Committee on Commercial Law and Bankruptcy, and is also a past president of the New London County Bar Association.
