NEW LONDON, CT — A New London resident recently won $13,000 on a lottery ticket that was sold in the city, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The resident won $13,000 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Ocean Discount Wine & Spirit at 827 Montauk Ave. in New London, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
