Big Wins For Democrats In New London Municipal Elections

Democrats swept the City Council and Board of Education in New London, according to a report.

NEW LONDON, CT — Democrats won all 14 available seats on the City Council and Board of Education in municipal elections held Tuesday, according to The New London Day. Voter turnout was low at 18%.

Republicans: John W. Russell, Aaron Ide, Marty Olsen, Michael F. Hudson, Kysim L. Thompson, Rashad Umrani
