Bizarre Bazaar - Call for Vendors

The Hygienic Art Bizarre Bazaar outdoor arts festival is now accepting applications.

Early Bird Special Deadline: $100 before May 1st

The two- day art fest will be held on Saturday, July 9 from 10am to 8 p.m. and Sunday, July 10 from 10am to 6 p.m. along Bank Street in New London 's historic downtown waterfront.
Artists, crafters and artisans are invited to apply in arts media categories, including acrylics, graphics, illustration, mixed media, oils, pastels, photography, sculpture and watercolors. Fine craft media categories include ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, metal and wood.

The Bizarre Bazaar Outdoor Festival now in its 14th year is being held in conjunction with New London Sail Fest, Southeastern Connecticut's premiere summer event that attracts more than 100,000 people during the three-day event and features one of the largest fireworks display in the Northeast.

PLEASE NOTE: Only hand-crafted items may qualify. Commercial vendors will not be reimbursed registration fee.

ENTRY FEES:
Before May 1 $100
Before June 1 $125
After June 1 $150
Electric Fee (Optional): Additional $80 per booth
FINAL Registration deadline June 30th

* Entry fee amount is determined by the date of payment received.
* Applications do not guarantee a space is provided.
*Applications will not be considered until entry fee is processed.
*If your application is not accepted, Hygienic maintains a $20 processing fee and the rest of the payment is returned.
*Booth Sizes are 10’ x 10’
