Boutique Among 19 New Businesses Registered In New London In August

NEW LONDON, CT — New London logged 19 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Residential landlords led the way with four filings, followed by salons and general retailers.

Among the new arrivals were KNBO, a clothing retailer, Allison Hatcher, a salon and MacRae Architectural Consulting & Design, an architecture firm. All 19 organized as limited liability companies.

Registering with the state doesn't necessarily mean a business has opened its doors — the paperwork can come well before or after a launch. The full list, with addresses and business categories, is below.
