New London Homeless Hospitality Center

The New London Homeless Hospitality Center is the region’s largest emergency shelter serving single adults experiencing homelessness in southeastern Connecticut. In addition to shelter, we provide housing navigation, street outreach, employment support, and individualized case management focused on helping each person move toward stable housing as quickly as possible. Our approach combines immediate shelter with practical, flexible assistance that removes barriers to housing, such as help with identification, transportation, application fees, and connections to landlords and employers. By coordinating closely with local towns, hospitals, service providers, and community partners, we serve as a central hub for homelessness services in the region.
