Coffee With A Cop Coming Up In New London
"Join members of the department for coffee, conversation and yes … maybe a donut."
NEW LONDON, CT — The New London Police Department will host Coffee with a Cop on Tuesday, June 25.
The event will be 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Muddy Water Café at 40 Bank St.
The invitation to the event is open to the community.

"Join members of the department for coffee, conversation and yes … maybe a donut," police wrote in a Facebook post. "Meet the officers in your community, ask questions, voice concerns or just enjoy a cup of joe in a friendly, agenda-free environment.
"We believe that effective police services are delivered in collaboration with an engaged and involved public, and that police must be available to the public that it serves.
