In the second stanza, the Camels kept the pressure on with a balanced scoring attack. Hill assisted Barone on her sixth marker with 8:45 remaining that capped the 9-to-2 run and put the Camels in the driver's seat with a commanding 13-6 advantage.

The Golden Knights extended their lead to 6-1 when Tyler Long (Liverpool, N.Y.) scored with 13:33 remaining. However, the Camel responded by scoring three of the last four goals of the half.
