Connecticut College Student Arrested On 36 Counts Of Voyeurism

A suspect in the Connecticut College voyeurism case has been arrested for a second time.

NEW LONDON, CT - Police reported that a suspect in the Connecticut College voyeurism case has been arrested for a second time Thursday. Carlos Alberti, 21, of Richmond, Mass., was charged with 36 counts of voyeurism.

The reported incidents occurred between October of 2018 and January 2019., according to police. Alberti was a Connecticut College student at the time.

He was held on $150,000 bond.

Alberti was previously arrested and charged with seven counts of felony voyeurism. Police said the incidents involved cellphone cameras that were pointed at women who were preparing to shower at residence hall gender-inclusive bathrooms.
