The Camels took all three doubles points as well. Prophet and George King (Concord, Mass.) cruised to an 8-2 victory at #1 doubles. Weisberger and Stanton joined forces for an 8-4 victory at second doubles.
Sophomore Simeon Human (Trelex, Vaud, Switzerland) salvaged a point for Babson with a 6-1, 6-3 victory at third singles.
In a post-match conversation, Stanton looked back on his friendship and three years of captaincy with his classmate Trevor Prophet.
"Coming out every day and getting pushed by Trevor every day has been a pretty good thing for all of us," Stanton said. "To see the way he trains is great, because we're all learning from him. He's pushing all of us to get better."
