Located at the foot of Ocean Avenue, New London’s premiere recreational park provides a premiere venue for our newest HMF triathlon; the Amica 19.7 Triathlon Ocean Beach.
The beautiful white, sugar sand beach and crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean are complimented by an Olympic-size freshwater pool, lots of family activities and a 1/2 mile long boardwalk.

- Pequot Ave. between Ocean Ave. and Gardner Ave., Gardner Ave. between Ocean Ave. and Pequot Ave., 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Ocean Ave. between Gardner Ave. and Neptune Ave., Glenwood Ave. Extension, 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
- Great Neck Road in Waterford (Route 213), 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
- Rope Ferry Road in Waterford (Route 156), 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
- Gardner's Wood Road, Jordan Cove Road, Shore Road, Goshen Road, and Quarry Road, 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
