A Workshop with Mark Braunstein, Visual Resources Librarian at Connecticut College. Mark will demonstrate a clean and cheap technique for indoor gardening of microgreens that is adapted from that of professional farmers. Participants will sample many varieties of microgreens. Mark is the author of “Sprout Garden: Indoor Grower’s Guide to Gourmet Sprouts,” and his articles about sprouting have appeared in magazines such as Vegetarian Times, Natural Health, Vegetarian Gourmet and Vegetarian Voice.
