Evidence of Vermin in Some New London Apartment Units, Health Inspector Says
A health inspector is investigating Thames River Apartments after receiving concerning reports from tenants.

NEW LONDON, CT – Units at the Thames River Apartments were visited by the health inspector after receiving concerning reports, according to The Day.
The Ledge Light Health District’s environmental health division had received complaints from tenants of mice, mold, cockroaches and filth, The Day reported. An inspector investigated six units of the Crystal Avenue complex this week.
The inspector said there was evidence of vermin in some of the units, according to The Day. A final report has yet to be submitted, but a public health order could be issued if the inspection rises to the level of a public health concern.
