Fire Badly Damages New London Home
A fire badly damaged a New London home early Monday morning, according to a report.
NEW LONDON, CT — A fire badly damaged a New London home early Monday morning, according to The New London Day. Firefighters responded to the call for a house fire on Belden Court at 3:30 a.m. Monday.
The fire was the second at the two-family home within 24 hours. The first fire was reported at 8:46 a.m. Sunday. Fire officials said the second fire was a rekindling of the first, which started in the home's basement.
