on 22 April0838 two cars acroos the street from my house 280 Crystal Vewere parked for about an hour, at one point one of the drivers started banging on the top of his car, then he got on his car and run into my front yard fence then both cars drove away. both cars were silver, the one that drove into the fence was a two door. drivers were young black males on their early 20s. I have the video on my survilliance cameras if you need a better quality. Police came but he said there was no detectives available
