A witness said blood was everywhere when the incident occurred close to 9:30 a.m.  The man <a href="http://www.theday.com/local/20161108/injured-new-london-voter-casts-ballot-at-curbside-while-waiting-for-ambulance" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">insisted on voting while waiting for an ambulance</a> to arrive, and his wife oversaw the process in accordance with the law on curbside voting, The Day reported.
