NEW LONDON, CT — A developer is seeking to build a mixed-use property with 37 units at a New London site.
The project is on the agenda for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 4, at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
The multistory building is slated for 194 Bank St.
