Local Students Make Goodwin College President's List

Goodwin College announced Monday that three local students achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the Spring 2016 session, earning a spot on the elite President's List.

The List is the highest academic honor roll at the school, which included:

• Stefani Pruitt of Groton
• Daryl Rinehart of Waterford
• Rose Santos of New London

"Students like [these three students] exemplify the rigorous work ethic and commitment to education it takes to succeed in higher education," the college said in a release.

The school extended its congratulations to these students for such a tremendous academic achievement. To qualify for the President's List, a student must be enrolled in at least six credits at Goodwin College and earn perfect marks in all classes.

Goodwin College is a nonprofit institution of higher learning located on the Connecticut River in East Hartford, Connecticut.
