Man Freed After Being Pinned By Printing Press In New London
Firefighters were able to free a man pinned by a printing press in New London.

NEW LONDON, CT - Firefighters were able to free a man pinned by a printing press in New London on Wednesday, as reported by the New London Day. Fire officials said he was pinned inside a shipping container at the loading dock of The Day.
Firefighters used an inflatable airbag to free the unidentified man, according to the New London Day. The man was not reported to be injured, however he was taken to the hospital for evaluation. The incident occurred when a jack underneath the press broke through the floor of the container while workers were loading the machine, according to the New London Day. Officials said the man who was pinned works for GSP Companies of Westerly.
