Man Injured In Incident At New London Amtrak Station
Police responded to a call reporting an active disturbance in the area of the train station Wednesday night.
NEW LONDON, CT — A person was injured in an incident in the area of the Amtrak station in New London, according to police.
Police responded to a call at 6:42 p.m. Thursday reporting an active disturbance at 27 Water St.
A man had suffered non-life-threatening facial injuries, police said. He was taken to the hospital for medical treatment. Police did not locate anyone else at the scene of the incident.

Police said the incident does not appear to be a random act.
