Muller was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and possession of a large-capacity magazine at the time. He was released on a $150,000 bond.

Investigators later matched a shell casing from the shooting to Muller's .40 caliber handgun.

Muller was arrested again Saturday and charged with first-degree criminal attempt at assault, illegal discharge of a firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment, carrying a pistol without a permit and illegal possession of a pistol in a motor vehicle.
