Police say the mother, who does not have parental custody, took the child from L+M Hospital despite the child having a "medical hold."

NEW LONDON, CT — Just before 11 p.m. Friday, the New London Police Department received information from a concerned citizen regarding the possible location of the missing child, Zaniyah Bullette, 3, police said.
