Need Help Getting School Supplies?

The New London Salvation Army wants to help, with its second annual Back to School Supplies Day.

If you have a child or children who will be attending any grade between first to eighth grade and you live within the Southern New London County zip codes serviced by the New London Salvation Army and you feel you your current economic situation will not be able to handle providing each child with just the basic school supplies, The Salvation Army want to help you get those supplies.

On Tuesday, August 12, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 2 p.m., the first 300 kids who live within the Southern half of New London County zip codes served by the Salvation Army, who arrive at 11 Winthrop Blvd. will receive basic back to school supplies, including a book bag.

Each child must be accompanied by at least one parent/guardian and must have all of the items listed in the picture attached to the article.
