New 9-Unit City Flats Condo Development Plans Unveiled for New London
An artist's' renderings of the idea were shown to a crowd following a walking tour of City Flats developments.
NEW LONDON, CT – Plans for a new nine-unit condominium development was unveiled Wednesday, according to The Day.
The plans were unveiled after a walking tour of other previously renovated City Flats houses, The Day reported. An artist’s’ renderings of the idea were shown to a crowd that included a state senator and Mayor Michael Passero.
Project Manager Tony Silvestri said he and his team have transformed the area in the past two and a half years, according to The Day. His team has completed work on seven buildings totaling 23 living units.
