New London Businessman Charged with Failing to Pay Workers Wages: Police

NEW LONDON, CT – A businessman has been charged with failure to pay wages, as well as minimum and overtime wages, The Day reported.

Linwood Vinson Jr. was charged Monday after an investigation into his company Computer Solution LLC, according to The Day. The investigation was conducted by the state Department of Labor’s Wage and Workplace Standards Division.

The suspect was charged with failing to pay two workers their wages in 2014, The Day reported. A warrant said the amounts owed to the two workers are $7,305.83 and $8,921.85 respectively.
