New London To Consider Marijuana Sale Regulations: Report
The city is considering amending zoning regulations as the state passed laws allowing for the sale and cultivation of marijuana.
NEW LONDON, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider regulations later this month allowing for the sale and cultivation of marijuana, according to The New London Day. The state passed laws last year allowing for the retail sale of recreational marijuana.
The commission will take up amendments to regulation to allow for special permit applications for cannabis cultivators, retailers, delivery services, food and beverage manufacturers, and other uses permitted by state law.
