New London Leadership Visits Frontier Call Center

State Rep. Formica, Mayor Passero tour State Street Call Center, meet with Frontier employees

State Representative Paul Formica and New London Mayor Michael Passero recently visited Frontier Communications’ call center on State Street in New London to meet with leadership and employees (and the call center’s resident “Frank the Buffalo” mascot). The group took a tour of the call center, which re-opened last year and is now home to more than 100 Frontier employees from across Southeastern Connecticut. During this visit, an additional 29 people in a new recruiting class were also participating in an employee training session in New London.
