In what can best be described as a hard fought back and forth battle New London was able to come from behind scoring 4 in the top of the 6th inning. New London was lead at the plate by Guiseppie Satti whose 3 rbi double in the 6th sealed the game. Kenny Miller Jr. Went 4 for 5 with 4 rbi's and earned the win in relief of starter Kyle Egan for New London. For Montville Chaz Terni was 2 for 4 with a 2 rbi double in the 4th inning. Andrew Benoit reached base all four times, scoring 3 times, going 2-3, as well as starting the game pitching for Montville.

As a side note, Manager Luis Martinez was able to get all the players defensive time on the field even though LL regs only require each team to only get one at bat in each game, as they have a roster of 13 players.
