New London Man Arrested On Drug Charges Following Search: Police
A New London man faces numerous charges after police searched a home Friday.
NEW LONDON, CT — A man is facing multiple charges after police arrested searched a New London home Friday. Adonis Smith, 21, of Sander Street, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1500 feet of a school, operation of a drug factory, interfering with a search warrant, risk of injury to a minor, and third-degree criminal trespassing.
Police executed a search and seizure of a Sander Street home at 8:41 a.m. Friday. Police said they seized 4.7 grams of crack cocaine, $899 in cash, drug paraphernalia, and a Chevrolet Malibu as a result of the search.
Smith was held on a $200,000 cash/surety bond.
