NEW LONDON, CT- A man has been charged in connection with the shooting death of a 29-year-old in December.
Shaquan Seales, 21, was charged with murder, first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit and first-degree robbery on June 3 after being served an arrest warrant by New London Police.
Seales shot Gilberto Olivencia on December 10 in the area of Grand Street and Connecticut Avenue, according to police.
