New London Man Charged With Operating A Drug Factory: Police

A New London man was charged after police said they seized fentanyl and crack cocaine from his home.

NEW LONDON, CT — A New London man is facing drug charges following a search of his home, according to police. Jamie Jellison, 48, of 77 Vauxhall St., was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics, two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell and operating a drug factory.

Federal, state and local police executed a search of Jellison's home Tuesday at 10:33 a.m. Police seized 63 bags of fentanyl, 6.3 grams of crack cocaine, $1,810 in cash and various packaging materials and scales.

Jellison was held on $25,000 bond and appeared in court Wednesday morning.
