New London Police Arrest Waterford Man for Selling Heroin Responsible for Overdoses
He was confronted by police and found with heroin in individual bags.
NEW LONDON, CT- Police arrested a Waterford man Friday who is suspected of selling heroin used in several overdose cases, as reported by The Day.
Kyle Aguiar, 29, was arrested close to 2:30 p.m.after being seen by police allegedly selling drugs, The Day reported. When police confronted him, heroin was found in individual packages for sale.
Police suspect his product may have caused multiple recent overdoses they have been investigating, according to The Day. Aguiar was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of heroin.
