New London Police Bring Back National Night Out

NEW LONDON, CT — It’s been a long minute (2019) but we’re bringing it back! National Night Out! We’re excited, hope you are too! Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 5pm-8pm at Ocean Beach Park, New London, CT.

In an effort to bring back one of our most favorite events, We, the New London Police Department, are seeking donations from local businesses and organizations to help support our National Night Out campaign in August.

National Night Out is national campaign designed to promote partnerships and camaraderie between police and the community. The free event will feature food, raffle prizes and activities.

NLPD officers will be present to showcase different specialties run by the department. This event is structured for children up to 6th grade. Older kids are welcome to join with their younger brothers and sisters. Parents or guardians must attend with children.
