Police responded to a shots-fired call early Thursday morning in the area of Ocean Avenue and Squire Street.
NEW LONDON, CT — Police responded to a shots-fired call early Thursday morning in the area of Ocean Avenue and Squire Street. The call came in at 3:11 a.m.
Responding officers found evidence supporting the report of gunfire in the area, including shell casings and ammunition. Police collected evidence and searched the surrounding area. No injuries were reported.
The investigation remains active.
